What We Do
We will come to your venue and set up the BBQ with all the fixings, complete with all serving dishes, condiment table, paperware and cutlery, all you have to do is bring the appetite. We require a 1 hour set up and 30 minute tear down, service time is generally no longer than 1.5 hours.

Minimum Number of Guests is 30
Staffing:
$25 per hour for the Team Captain (1 team captain required per event).
$18 per hour for Grill Masters
Number of staff to be determined at time of booking.
(All Labour shifts are for a minimum of 5 hours per person.
All staffing is based on a 5 hour shift which includes set-up, clean-up, and travel time.) |
